To book a unit at EV 10 Marina Bay, you must pay the specified booking amount. The remaining balance and any additional charges must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Payments should be made through approved methods as outlined by Gera Developments.
The possession date for your unit will be communicated by Gera Developments. Please note that this date may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Upon handover, you must complete all necessary formalities and payments to take possession of the unit.
The property is intended solely for residential use. Commercial activities or unlawful purposes are strictly prohibited. Any modifications to the unit require prior written approval from Gera Developments.
You agree to pay maintenance charges and other applicable fees as per the maintenance agreement provided by Gera Developments.
You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to property ownership and usage.
If you fail to make payments or breach these terms, Gera Developments reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit the booking amount. You may cancel your booking as per Gera Developments' cancellation policy, subject to applicable terms.
Ownership transfer or resale of the property must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Any disputes related to the property will first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or legal proceedings as per applicable laws.
Gera Developments is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Gera Developments. Gera Developments reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
